The hospitality ministry at Lighthouse exists to create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment for every guest.  Our desire is to help new family members find their perfect fit within the body of Lighthouse and to make them feel truly loved and cared about.  There are four areas of operation within this ministry that serve people in unique ways.

GREETERS (FIRST RESPONDERS)

This is the “face” of the hospitality ministry because the greeters are the first people that guests interact with.  Greeters meet ALL people, guests and regular attenders, at the front door and welcome them to Lighthouse.  The greeters are vital because they give the first impression of Lighthouse to guests!   

INFORMATION CENTER

When people are looking for more information about the different events or involvement opportunities at Lighthouse, they go to the Information Center.   

USHERS

An usher operates in many different ways inside the sanctuary.  Once a person comes inside the sanctuary doors, the ushers help them to find seats.  Ushers also assist in the operations of the service by guiding people to appropriate prayer partners, taking the offering, serving communion and assisting parents out the door when they have a restless child.   

THE VIEW (COMING SOON)

The View is (will be) located in the North Foyer and is a specific place for first-time guests to come and meet key leaders, receive their coffee certificate, learn about the involvement opportunities at Lighthouse, and get a tour of the facility.
